Developer Technical Support

CTC Technology is keen to encourage new developers to use the underlying technology. They should visit the main software website to download software and pay for a development license.

There is a range of information made available to provide first-level support to developers. We can also provide more specific support via a support contract. Send us an email to take this further. Here is a breakdown of the current support costs:

Remote Level 1

Up to 3 hours phone support per month, UK office times 0900-1700.

Up to 10 email threads per month.

Price: £2500pa or $5000pa

Remote Level 2

Up to 6 hours phone support per month, UK office times 0900-1700.

20 email threads per month.

Price: £5000pa or $10000pa

Remote Level 2 Monthly

Same as level 2 annual but on a month by month basis - for example for project startup.

Price: £1000 or $2000

Consultancy Support

From on-site training, mentoring and collaborative working to remote bespoke development.

Daily: £800 or $1600

Weekly: £3000 or $5000

Monthly: £10000 or $20000

...plus expenses incurred.
